Jazz Get Bounce Back Win

The Jazz seemed to come out with a different mentality in this game against the Washington Wizards. Instead of the lack of interest that they appeared to have when playing the Indiana Pacers just one night before, this time they showed some hustle and much needed focus. It paid off. They beat the Wizards easily with double-doubles from Mehmet Okur, Carlos Boozer and Deron Williams. The final score was 103-87. The Jazz took 2-3 on this road trip and will come back to the Energy Solutions Arena for a Monday night match-up against the New york Knicks. The Wizards have shown anything but magic lately and this loss makes it 16 in a row for them. Meanwhile, this puts the Jazz at an overall record of 48-26 and a road record of 19-18. With only 8 games left in the regular season, we’d like to have every one of those in the win column.
