Besides the size requirements, official NCAA footballs must also weigh between 14 and 15 ounces, and they must be inflated to a pressure of between 12 1/2 and 13 1/2 pounds per square inch (psi).Regarding the look of an NCAA football, there are two 1-inch stripes near the end of the ball (between 3 and 3 1/4).
