Returns and Exchange



Robbins Sports offers a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee.

To make a return or exchange:

  1. Contact us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Please reference your order number for easy identification. An RA number is required for all returns. We will provide you with an RA number as well as the address the return must be sent to.
  2. Please specify whether you want to exchange the item(s) or return the item(s) for a refund. For exchanges, please specify which item you want in exchange.
  3. To expedite an exchange we recommend placing a new order using your credit card and returning your original order for a refund.

Robbins Sports accepts returns on most items. Products that have been custom decorated (screen print, heat seal, embroidery) or that are manufactured upon receipt of your order (non-stock items) cannot be returned. If you are uncertain about whether a product can be returned, please contact us before making your purchase.  Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date the order was delivered. Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 15%. To receive credit for a returned product, the item must be in new, unused condition. Please allow up to four weeks for returns to be received and processed. Credit will be issued, or the exchange processed, after the return has been processed. If a product is defective, we will elect to either issue a full refund, or repair or replace the item at no cost. Please let us know if you feel a product was defective. If your item was lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we may resolve the matter with the appropriate carrier.  Robbins Sports is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless we made a mistake with your order. If you feel we made a mistake, please contact us to make arrangements to have the item returned.
