Screen Printing
Screen printing is a great option for decorating just about
anything. It can really make your logo stand out on a jacket
or sweatshirt, and it is less generally less expensive than
embroidery depending on your logo and how many items you order.
We use top quality inks to insure vibrant, long lasting logos.
Screen printing is often used for team uniforms and gym bags.
We screen team names and logos, numbers, and individual names
so you can have nice uniforms at a lower price. Need help
designing your logo? Our artwork team can help you make sure
your uniforms will look the way you want them.
Screen printing is charged by the number of colors involved
in a logo. There is a one time set-up fee of $10.00 per color.
We keep your logos on file so we can duplicate our work over
and over again for you when you reorder. Robbins Sports has
shorter product times so you get your order when you need
it. Production time is normally one and a half to two weeks
including shipping. Shorter product times are available on
request.
Heat Press
Heat press involves cutting letters and numbers out of vinyl
and bonding them to the garment with heat. We use heat press
to do numbering on sports jerseys because it has an athletic
feel. Heat press can be combined on the same garment as screen
printing to create a fantastic uniform.
