A unique volleyball training apparatus that improves a player's spiking technique and power, approach, arm swing and endurance, while incorporating a variety of drills.

PRO SPIKE™ is also excellent for measuring vertical jump in 2" (51 mm) increments from 6-1/2' (2 m) to 11-1/2' (3.5 m). Because of the height adjustability, players learn to fully extend their arms to correctly hit on top of the ball.

The design of the PRO SPIKE™ Trainer permits the user to perform many repetitions without having to stop to chase down balls.

Unit includes upright and wall mounting bracket. Locking pin secures upright to wall mounting bracket. Extra wall mounting brackets are available, so the PRO SPIKE™ Trainer can be easily moved from one location to another. Ball is not included with unit. Drill manual included.
