Shipping & Returns

Order Status
Once you place your order with RobbinsSports.com, you will receive an email confirmation letting you know we received your order.  Orders are normally sent out within three business days.  If an item you ordered is out of stock, you will be notified either by phone or email.  You can contact RobbinsSports.com for tracking information by emailing us at

Product Questions
We make a point to keep our products in stock.  However, sometimes circumstances prevent us from having a product when you order it.  If you need a product quickly and would like to know if it is in stock before ordering, please feel free to contact us by email at
CustomerService@RobbinsSports.com or by phone at 801-473-6001.

If the product you ordered is not in stock, we will notify you within 24hrs either by phone or by email. If you need the product sooner than we can provide it, you may cancel your order and, if you would like us to, we will try to find it for you through one of our competitors. Since we carry a wide selection of products in each area, we are often able to offer you a discount on a similar item in stock.

We would also like to assist you in your product selection process.  RobbinsSports.com makes an effort to provide you with quality products.  If you have any questions about a product, you can contact us or read our customer reviews to see what other customers have to say about the items we provide.

Returns Policy
RobbinsSports.com accepts returns on most products. Please contact us before returning any products!  If you have a question about whether a product can be returned, please contact us before making your purchase.  When you contact us to return a product, you will be given a Returned Authorization or RA number, and the address that your return should be shipped to.  An RA number is required for all returns. 

A return can be submitted within 30 days of your receiving the product.  Returns are subject of a minimum restocking fee of 15%. To receive credit for a product return, the item must be in new, unused condition. Of course, if a product is defective, we will replace the item at no cost.  Please contact us if you are unsure if your product qualifies. If your item was lost or damaged in shipping, please contact us so that we may resolve the matter with the carrier that shipped your order. 

RobbinsSports.com is not responsible for return shipping costs, unless there was a mistake in your order on our part. In the event that a mistake was made on our part, please contact us and we will arrange to have the item returned.
