Designed to be set up in less than 10 minutes. The cage uses (6) - 2 3/8" plated poles that are 12' in length. The ground sleeve to top of pole is 11'. Net is heavy duty 1 3/4" sq. mesh that hooks to a quick-release clip that rides on a halyard system for quick, easy raising and lowering of the net. Bottom of net is attached to poles with velcro for windy days. Three warning signs are attached to the net, advising spectators to stay back 15 ' for safety. Designed to meet specifications of new National Track Federation ruling Section 3 Art 6 requiring high schools to have a discus cage by 1993.
