Help with your basketball jump shot
Recently I found a great resource for basketball players who want extra help with the fundamentals of shooting. In a lot of ways, seems basketball has lost something when it comes to shooting with finesse. If you don’t believe that, just watch Shaquille O’Neal or Ben Wallace attempt a free-throw.
