Jazz Come Up Short Once Again

Posted by

Utah team played some exciting games of basketball 3 quarters of late Saturday night versus the Denver Nuggets. Their one quarter showed very little effort however, Jazz lost to the Northwest Division leader with a 126-113 score. Carmelo Anthony played with a possessed man in the final quarter ending with a high score of 44 points for his playoff career. The problem is that in several of the games Jazz played lost this year was because someone from the rival team stepped up and did their job. The question is, where is the Jazz team’s top man who is going to step in and save the team? There were a few exceptional games with worthy endings like the game where Sundiata Gaines nailed the 3 point winning shot in the game versus Cleveland Cavaliers. But more games were lost because the team lacked the will to win so no extra effort was given on their performances. It is very disappointing, to say the least. It should not be a huge surprise if the team will lose again, especially during the huge give away to Phoenix a few nights ago where they put themselves at risk of playing their first game inside a rival’s arena instead of the ESA. It’s very hard to watch your favorite team to lose even though you already know it’s an uphill battle with most of the best players sitting at the bench with all sorts of injuries.
