Jazz Fall To Pacers

It looked like it was going to be a good night in the early going as the Jazz met the Indiana Pacers Friday evening. The Jazz took a comfortable lead out of the starting gates and held on to it for most of the first half. Even then, Indianas’ Danny Granger was giving glimpses of the great player he can be, scoring 18 points in the first half of the game. He ended up with an astounding 43 points by the conclusion of the game. The second half was an entirely different story, everything was working well for the Pacers’ and nothing much was going right for the Jazz. Pacer point guard, A.J.Price gave Deron Williams all he could handle and then some. Deron ended up with 21 points but Price made it tough to get most of those shots off. Jazz fans kept hoping they would come out of the slump, get things moving and get another road win. Not to be. The Pacers’ came out on top of this match-up with a score of 122-106. Hopefully the Jazz will be able to regroup and be ready to meet the Washington Wizards in a back-to-back tonight.
