Here is what you need to know:
Shipping charges are easily determined using our shipping calculator. Simply add your item(s) to the shopping cart, click 'Calculate Shipping' and enter your zip code. If your order includes customer / decoration work please review the information on the Custom / Decoration page.
We offer three shipping options to meet your needs: Ground, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air. Most orders leave the warehouse within one business day after the order is received. Transit time guidelines are provided below:
Orders that require same day shipping should be placed by 10:00am MST. If you are unable to place your order before that time, please contact us directly. In some instances we can still ship your order out the same day. Tracking numbers are usually available within one business day after the order is shipped. If you need a tracking number please contact us. Most orders ship by UPS.
Please note that products may ship from multiple locations and may arrive in separate packages at different times. Orders cannot be shipped to a P.O. box address. Items that are large or heavy may ship by truck, and may not be eligible for expedited shipping or delivery outside of the continental United States. Additional charges may apply for truck shipments that require residential delivery service, lift gate service or call ahead service.
Please allow additional transit time for orders shipping outside of the continental United States. Shipments to countries outside of the United States may be delayed and may be subject to import taxes, customs, duties or other fees. Robbins Sports is not responsible for such delays or fees.
All orders are carefully reviewed prior to processing. In the event of any shipping inaccuracy or delay we will contact you before proceeding.
Please inspect your order at the time of delivery. If an item is delivered to you in damaged condition please notify the driver. If an item appears damaged beyond use please refuse shipment. If a damaged item has been accepted please promptly notify the carrier. Please promptly notify Robbins Sports if there is any problem with the delivery of your order.
